Impossible to pay so it is a beatiful set up, amazing UX but the payment system doesn’t work

I’ve used the Cheerz app to make albums of every family vacation we’ve taken since 2019. If only it would talk to the Cheerz website so that I could pull up my projects on my computer. Thank you for my growing stack of memories put together in fun hardcover books with quality pages and beautiful prints. ~Catherine

Despues de pasar todo el dia haciendo 2 albums. A la hira de oagar me aparece q no envia a mexico.. Llevo 6 años haciendo 2 albums o 3 al año. Y siempre habian enviado a mi pais. Deberia de empezar poniendo el pais para no tabajar sin q pueda ser enviado. 🥹

Wow wow wow, I feel like I’m usually disappointed when I order photo albums, the quality is never great and the price point so high. I just received my silver album 21x27, I am completely in love, the quality is incredible, I cannot wait to get more albums printed!

Really impressed. I’ve done two orders with them and will for sure have more in the future. Shipping was also very fast…made the order on a Monday and got the notification that the pickup was ready on Thursday of the same week. Amazing!!

The app keeps freezing and won’t let me make any additions to items in the cart or start a new project. This was happening a few months ago and is still happening, hoped this bug would’ve gotten fixed but alas still a pain

Cheerz never disappoints : good quality, fast and reliable delivery, fair prices! To go app whenever I want to print pictures, get pictures books/ pictures frames....

New version of app is impossible to use. I tried to order already 5 times in past month, but download process is neverending.. Very dissapointing.

Amazing service, shipping speed, and quality. Price is reasonable

When will app work to make purchases its been like 2 weeks now. Will there be an exact date the app will work and available to make orders??

Set up an account and make an order. After ordering I realized there was a mistake with the address. Luckily the confirmation shows where you can change the shipping address. After clicking the change address link I was able to change the address and confirm. This however left me with 2 orders. Neither is cancelable due to company policy. So now just waiting to see what happens when one package is undeliverable. Customer service wouldn’t let me cancel either order even though the were both pending for a day.

The photo quality is really bad

I ordered magnets and they came out great. The pictures are clear and beautiful. They make a wonderful gift! Definitely would recommend and will order again!

Terrible customer service and no explanation as to why my photo prints were returned to sender within 5 hours of being shipped. All correspondence was in French and very slow to respond unless the message is automated.

The idea is great but that’s about it. As you download the app and open it for the first time you get a promocode but it’s gone before you even have time to acknowledge the offer. It won’t come back. Also, if your photo doesn’t look good on the magnet and you want to after you’re in the process of adding text to the photos, you can’t.

I made a purchase and on the next day I got an email saying that my photos would be returning to the company and after that I never got an explanation why. I tried contacting them by email, Facebook, Instagram and even “customer service” if you can call it that. The only answer I got was a message in FRENCH that I translated and they basically asked me to not send more than one email and just wait for my order to be reviewed. Terrible service and poor customer care. Never got a refund or my photos. This is honestly a joke.

I’ve used Cheerz over 3 times now. The way they communicate with customers is mind blowing. And the final product is amazing. Best gift I swear!

Easy, fast and super organized app!

I don’t often leave reviews but I am extremely impressed with this app. Easy to use, great customer service and support, delivery was quick, and the quality of the magnets were fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more magnets in the future.

This app is so bad. I had a promo code from a separate purchase and it would have only cost me £2. It didn’t ask for my address, sent it to my old address in America and cost me £9 without me even knowing until I checked my bank statement. also I tried to print something off and it kept saying I could print photos off because they would become pixilated even though they clearly wouldn’t. It’s so bad I do NOT recommend

Some pictures can’t be fitted....but the app is pretty cool.

It’s ok but... customer service was rude and not helpful. Made no effort to understand my problem nor help me, I got rude answers. I ordered the picture strips and when they arrived the pictures were not in the order I wanted them to be, they got mixed up. I live in the untied states so shipping gets really expensive. 10$ for each product, I don’t understand why they can’t just send it all together and you have to pay 10$. If you order 4 different products you have to pay 40$ shipping. It gets expensive. The pictures are great quality and the app is easy to handle. I found a better app now for the United States with way cheaper shipping. It’s called print studio. So if you live in the UK this app is great. If you live in the States the Print Studio app is better.

I liked how easy it was. I'm hoping the quality is good. One thing I did not like was that I had to delete some photos because they wouldn't fit in the format that was given. I wish I could have changed the format to keep my photos.

Making the calendar was great quick and now waiting for it to ship

I could not be happier with finding this App of the day in the iTunes Store. I experimented creating a book on my phone and found it was so easy to customize a book. The quality of both the book and the photos is outstanding! Thanks!!

Supplier located in France. They charge VAT ( sales tax)- regardless of location. Check first if they deliver to your country prior to placing an order. They are sloooow to give credits to your credit card.

Honestly the worst customer service ever! The app would not let me change the shipping address... it’s very buggy... was tapping and tapping and then the 15 min window expired... 🙄 Customer service can only be reached through email. They sent me the contact for DHL to take care of it myself. 🙄🙄 Unless they improve their service, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Using iPhone 8 and it keeps crashing. I can’t even get thru the whole process.

on the terms and conditions it says: Products available on the website can be delivered in France or any country in the European Union. Shipping cost will be précised at the moment of ordering and depend on the products ordered and the country of destination. well, i tried to order from Croatia (EU country since 2013) and it says : we do not deliver!!! and that after i downloaded the app and ordered the album and magnets.... Please check your app !!!

...how do you expect me to create a photo album, which can contain over 450 photos, if the app crashes after I select 366? I’m using an iPhone 6 Plus btw.

I seriously LOVE the magnets I ordered! They shipped overseas in a very quick manner, and the customer service is great! They send out great emails that are informative with coupons and actually funny to read? When’s the last time you actually read a mass email from a company??? You’ll get a kick out of theirs! Quality of product is spot on!

I'm in love with the fridge magnets! Such great quality and a wonderful way to save and see memories other than have them stored in my phone. I always get so many compliments on our fridge:) Very nice people too- Highly recommend!

I love this app, this is what I want for keeping memories from my vacation!
